Benefits of health and fitness coaching
Saves you frustration
Have you ever spent weeks on hard diet and training, then gave up and gained back those pounds soon? Having a coach can help you to avoid this trap and stay motivated, adjust your plan and keep going.
Saves you money
Health and fitness coaching can save you money you would spend on quick fixes, magic pills, equipment you may end up not using, and on surgery you can avoid if you act now.
Helps you be fit, healthy and confident
Regardless where you are now, regardless of your age or your health conditions, there are things you can do to improve your fitness level, your mobility and health. And it will effect how you feel tomorrow, next year, and the next. Health coaching can help you to find personalized solutions that will work for you the best.
Saves your life
Want to argue here? Few months ago my high school best friend collapsed at work an almost died of brain haemorrhage. She is 41. She knew she had high blood pressure problems but hadn’t done anything. She was busy working and taking care of her family.
I don’t want to scare you but the heart disease is the second leading cause of death in Canada, and women are at risk, too, even before menopause. And good half of the risk factors are preventable: diabetes, mental stress, inactivity, smoking, extra weight around waist, etc.
Do you think you have any of these risks? Then don’t wait for a better time, go ahead and start working on them asap. Book a free session to figure out what is your best next step!
